Placing an Order

Please include the complete name of your place of business and a phone number where you can be reached if we have any questions.

  • If you place an order as a walk-in customer, you do not need an account. Please note you will be required to pay for your order with a credit card, cash or check at Point of Sale.
  • If you place an order using our online portal, you will need an active account.
  • By completing our Application for Credit. Please note that this form is required for all customers including customers that prefer to pay at Point of Sale with cash, check or credit card.

Simply click on Online Catalog from our Home Page and log in using your assigned username and password. Once there, follow these simple steps:

  1. Use the Search function at the top of the page to find the products you need. Descriptive words or the manufacturer’s product number are often the best choice to get exact results.
  2. Select the appropriate product and enter the quantity desired.
  3. Add the product to the Shopping Cart. Don’t forget to browse for additional products you may need using the Shop by Category option at the top of the page.
  4. Once you have found everything you were looking for, click on Cart at the top of the page and follow the instructions on your screen to submit your order.
  5. A printable receipt will be generated once you have completed the process. Additionally, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Yes, our minimum order size is $150.00 before tax. However, we will accept orders smaller than $150.00 with an additional fee of $12.00.

  • Please note other minimums may apply based on negotiated criteria for special pricing programs.

Shipping and Delivery

  • If your place of business is in Alabama, your order will be delivered within 5 business days on the next scheduled truck route date, as specified on your order confirmation. Please click on the following link for a complete delivery schedule by city
  • If your place of business is located outside of Alabama, your order will be shipped via third-party freight. Transit time will depend on distance to delivery location and the freight charge you approve when placing the order. Please visit the to get an estimate.
  • Central Paper charges a flat fee of $3.00 as Fuel Surcharge for orders delivered on our trucks.
  • Other means of transport, such as third-party carriers, implement their own cost based on weight, size and distance to the delivery location.
  • We offer next day delivery on available goods via our trucks to the Birmingham-Metro and Montgomery-Metro areas.
  • We also offer next day delivery to all other areas upon approval of freight charges via FedEx.

Same day delivery is not available at this time. However, our showrooms in Birmingham, Montgomery and Monroeville are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Call ahead or simply stop by. Our customer service associates are ready to assist you!

  • Yes, our Service Department with expertly trained technicians offers repair services for automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors, high speed burnishers, low speed floor machines, carpet vacuums, sweepers and more.

Updating My Account
